Terms of Service
1. Scope
These Terms of Service govern the use of the software service “AveloBot” (hereinafter “Service”) provided by:

2. Description of Service
AveloBot is a software tool designed to automate and enhance live streaming workflows, including but not limited to:
- chat command automation
- event-based responses (e.g. follows, subscriptions, raids)
- timed messages
- integration with third-party services (e.g. Twitch, Spotify, Discord)
- overlay and interaction features
3. Account & Access
- Use of the Service may require registration and the creation of an account.
- Access may be restricted (e.g. via beta access keys).
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
4. Beta Access
- If the Service is provided in a beta phase, it is offered for testing purposes only.
- The Service may contain bugs, interruptions, or incomplete features.
- The provider may modify or discontinue features at any time without notice.
5. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to:
- use the Service for unlawful purposes
- violate platform rules (e.g. Twitch Terms of Service)
- attempt to disrupt or compromise the Service
- misuse integrations or APIs
6. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g. Twitch, Spotify, Discord). Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
7. Availability
The provider does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may lead to downtime.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is”. The provider shall not be liable for:
- data loss
- service interruptions
- indirect or consequential damages
9. Changes to the Service
The provider reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.
10. Termination
The provider may suspend or terminate access if users violate these terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany.
